What is Memorial day?

Memorial day is a day where we take a time to not only enjoy america itself with outside activities but its also a very overwhelmed holiday to remember those who fought Americas bloodiest war against the union and confederate yet it was first called decoration day it later on upgraded with memorial day 

What is the Purpose of memorial day? 

in my opinion the purpose to memorial day is to be able to have a positive outlook of those who have died for not only a county but also in order for us to still survive to this day, and by that it means that we should instead of all having fun and games all the time we should also give very much thanks to those families who on this day is really tough to cope with 

When is it? 

Memorial Day is on the 30th of May 

What are a few ways to show honor and respect on memorial day? 

a few ways to show our respect for those fallen heroes are to visit Massachusetts Veteran Cemetery and leave poppies on the a grave site, explore the Vietnam veterans memorial at green hill park, 

tour fort independence at castle island at day boulevard south Boston, check out the veterans history project online, or just fly a flag to show that you remember them for all the fighting they have done

What are a few things you will do on memorial day? 

well i was thinking of either going to a library and to read about the history of war for memorial day and just fly a flag cause i mean im just a kid i cant fly anywhere now thinking about it
