In my opinion what i think about this quote is that you cannot go on forward without the other, in this case you can't succeed without character and intelligence for if you try to do one thing without the other it doesn't or will never work the same way you wont go very far just halfway there and if you don't at least put your all into everything what was the point to trying if you were just going to finish halfway? do everything to show others wrong that you are able to do it without the help of others be able to walk on your two feet for a while and try to realize all the other people in your life friends, family, even neighbors have memories of them and what they taught you it may not have been a lot but it was all they needed to give, even if its just words or items keep them with you cherish them and run forward do not look back if you cannot run walk if you cant do that either crawl but do not give up dont let failure consume your pride that why your alive to show the world you matter
